Chromaflo Technologies, one of the leading independent global suppliers of colorant systems, chemical and pigment dispersions recently appointed Wayne Pedlar to lead manufacturing for its Ashtabula, Ohio (headquarters) location.  Pedlar will be responsible for the management of production activities in the safest means possible and the implementation of process improvements which result in customer satisfaction.  He will report to Mark Skouby, Global Vice President of Manufacturing.

“Pedlar brings with him a broad spectrum of experience that provides him with unique insight into the key mechanisms that drive the creation of our products.  He will take that knowledge and apply it by implementing the most efficient processes to support them,” Skouby remarked.  A strong focus will be placed on retaining and increasing customer satisfaction by providing consistency and supporting the ability to deliver customized customer solutions.

Pedlar holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Cincinnati.  In addition, he is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.).  Most recently, Pedlar was a General Manager for a manufacturer of surfacing materials, primarily in the architectural and institutional markets.
